Hunt: New leadership would bring more instability

Chancellor Jeremy Hunt has insisted a change in leadership would bring about more instability, adding he prefers a leader who "listens and learns" as Liz Truss has.

Admitting there were some mistakes in the mini-budget announced last month, he promised a "fuller picture" on the delivery of long-term growth in his upcoming fiscal statement.
