Former Cincinnati health commissioner takes racial discrimination lawsuit against UC to jury trial

A few months after resigning as the city's health commissioner in October 2016, Dr. Noble Maseru applied to be an associate professor of health policy management at UC’s Environmental Health Department.

Despite his qualifications, Maseru said he was denied due to racial discrimination.
