PM dodges questions over energy blackouts this winter

The prime minister dodges questions over the possibility of energy blackouts this winter, after the National Grid warned the first planned blackouts in decades might hit parts of the country if power plants cannot get enough gas to keep running.

Liz Truss joins leaders at the European Political Community (EPC) summit in Prague where she says she hopes to "work with European partners to challenge Putin's war with Ukraine" and end dependence on Russian energy.
