Kate and William demonstrate their talent for connecting with well wishers during Sandringham visit

The Prince and Princess of Wales viewed flowers left for the Queen at Sandringham today, stopping to greet members of the public.

One particularly lady held Kate's hand for a good few seconds, while exchanging words with the royal.
