Here is a 16-minute weighted circuit workout focusing on building your biceps and triceps at home.

All you need is a pair of dumbbells and a little space.

Pick a weight that challenges you.

Those last few reps should be difficult.

If you don't have dumbbells, use water bottles, cans of soup, or anything else heavy.

If you have multiple sets of dumbbells, you can switch between them depending on how hard the exercise is.
