Minister: Olivia Pratt-Korbel death 'senseless and barbaric'

Defence Minister James Heappey calls the shooting of a nine-year-old girl in Liverpool a "senseless, barbaric act" and urges anyone with information on the killer to share it with the police.

Olivia Pratt-Korbel was killed by a man who broke into her house on Monday evening, she later died in hospital.
