Grain silo COLLAPSES, sending massive cloud of smoke into the sky

A grain silo has collapsed in the port of Beirut, releasing a cloud of thick smoke into the sky.

The incident comes nearly two years after a massive explosion rocked the port in the Lebanese capital, killing hundreds.
