Government 'right' to look at options to limit strike impact

Northern Ireland Secretary Brandon Lewis says it is right that the government looks at options to limit the impact of rail strikes, including the use of agency workers.

He says the government wants to see people use the railway more, not less, with strikes encouraging people to find other means of transport.
