Dominic Raab says he backs the PM

Dominic Raab says he backs Boris Johnson after the prime minister survived a confidence vote on Monday evening.

Mr Raab said the prime minister had apologised after receiving a fixed penalty notice, adding that “a lot of people think it’s time to move on”.
