Lil Nas X didn't make the cut, and took to Twitter to vent about it.

A fan responded to his tweet and asked why Lil Nas X thought he should have been nominated.

This year, the 23-year-old was nominated for four Grammys and won favorite music video at the AMAs.

As for the BET Awards, Doja Cat came out on top this year with six nominations, including best album.
