Labour hope Govt will retreat on Windfall Tax

Shadow Chief Secretary to the Treasury, Pat Mcfadden accuses a "lucky dip of cabinet ministers" of not doing enough to address the cost-of-living crisis and says that he would welcome a "retreat" on their decision not to impose a windfall tax on high earning oil and gas companies.
