Heavy Rain & Flash Floods Hit Midwest States

Heavy rain during thunderstorms led to flash flooding over the weekend in parts of central Indiana, including Owen, Fayette, and Greene counties.

In Ohio, flash floods swept the northeastern parts of the state.
