Labour: Government prefers ‘cultural bust-ups’ over helping people in need
Shadow cabinet minister Peter Kyle says the government is “obsessed with just having confected cultural bust-ups at the expense of helping the people who need it the most”.
The shadow Northern Ireland secretary was reacting to Tuesday’s Queen’s Speech which he says did not focus enough on the cost-of-living crisis.
