Starmer confident no rules broken as police begin inquiries

Labour Leader Sir Keir Starmer is "confident no rules were broken" despite the fact that Durham Police have opened an investigation into the event he was photographed holding a beer at during lockdown.

When pushed on explaining what was different about that event to those the prime minister was fined for he simply says he "can't speak" for Boris Johnson.
