Tory backbencher says PM should know 'the gig's up'

Conservative MP for Wycombe Steve Baker tells the House of Commons that Prime Minister Boris Johnson should know "the gig's up" and that he should already be "long gone".

He says the "contrition" the PM showed on Tuesday only lasted as long as it "took to get out of the headmaster's study" and that if the prime minister any other office of "senior responsibility" he would have been sacked.
