Chemical weapons use ‘very much out of Russian playbook’

Chemical weapons expert Hamish de Bretton-Gordon says that a chemical attack on Ukraine would be “very much out of the Russian playbook”.

The UK has warned that "all options are on the table" if claims that Russian forces used chemical weapons in an attack on the Ukrainian city of Mariupol are proven to be true.
