Javid: China has sat on 'diplomatic fence' throughout Ukraine invasion

Health Secretary Sajid Javid said "since the start of this war, China has sat on the diplomatic fence" by neither condemning nor condoning Russia's actions in Ukraine, after reports that the Kremlin asked China for a supply of weapons.

He added that any country contributing to Russia's "war mission" would be "wrong in every way".
