Govt: Chemical weapon use would see bigger Western response

Technology Minister Chris Philp warns any use of chemical weapons by Russian forces in Ukraine would "inevitably" lead to a "significant increase" in Western countries' response.

He explains it would represent a "whole new level of barbarism" and that Putin should be in no doubt the "civilised world" would find it "completely unacceptable".
