Gen Petraeus: Padlock every oligarch’s townhouse in London

In an exclusive interview with Channel 4 News, General David Petraeus, the US General who headed multinational forces in Iraq, has called on the UK government to “padlock every townhouse owned by an oligarch in Kensington and Mayfair.” Talking to Channel 4 News presenter, Matt Frei, the former CIA Director, said “Let’s go around and padlock every townhouse owned by an oligarch in Kensington and Mayfair and do it publicly with TV cameras rolling, let’s take away every soccer team”.
