Labour call for an end to Russian 'oligarch impunity' in UK

Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer says the UK must "get its own house in order", urging the government to bring "an end to oligarchy impunity" and see this moment as a "turning point".

He adds the House of Commons "must remain united" and that he "welcomes" the sanctions brought in by the government but they must be prepared to "go further".
