A word of introduction for my foreign friends: the province of Ontario still has civil servants who sell alcohol to patrons in stores called "Liquor Control Board of Ontario" or LCBO for short.

It is in one of these LCBO stores that our three heroes chose to express their displeasure with Doug Ford's latest muzzle policy.
