Castle Rock couple out $5,000 after landscaping contractor who never started project

Chris and Robert Axelrod say they tried reaching out to Aria Alfresco LLC for months after they signed their contract and handed over a $5,000 check to their salesperson in August.

They say the company never started and has refused to pay back the deposit.
