Death of Tennessee 9-year-old ruled fentanyl overdose

Memphis police say Kimberly Knox’s mother found her dead in her bed in May.

Her father was long suspicious of a cardiac arrest cause of death given by a doctor.

The medical examiner said her death was an accident.
