Government 'pretty sure' booster jabs will done by new year

Care Minsiter Gillian Keegan says she is "pretty sure" that "most" booster jabs rollout will be have been given out by the end of the year.

She also says she doesn't think the government are behind in the rollout and that it's more complex.
