The actress and the company resolved their dispute on Thursday.

Johansson had filed a lawsuit against the company in July, .

Alleging that Disney had breached her contract by releasing the film on Disney+ the same day it was released in theaters.

The suit alleged that the release of ‘Black Widow’ on the streaming platform affected Johansson’s financial stake .

Because the actress had agreed a large part of her salary would be based on the film’s box office haul.

Johansson released a statement on Thursday saying that she is "happy to have resolved our differences.".
