Changes to decades-long benefits package remains roadblock for SD2 teachers contract

School district 2 leaders and the Billings Education Association met for six hours Tuesday inside the Lincoln Center as they continue to work on a new contract for this school year.

No agreement has been reached yet, with one big issue at the heart of the negotiation.
