Local day care center offers free mental health counseling
The Emmanuel Family and Child Development Center is now offering free counseling to its employees and parents.
Executive Director, Deborah Mann, says she wanted to be the first person in their lives to offer them the opportunity to work through trauma without the burdens of financial barriers.
