Today we look at two noteworthy recent insider buys.
On Wednesday, William Penn Bancorporation's CEO, Kenneth John Stephon, made a $100,108 purchase of WMPN, buying 8,413 shares at a cost of $11.90 a piece.
William Penn Bancorporation is trading up about 2.9% on the day Thursday.
Before this latest buy, Stephon bought WMPN on 2 other occasions during the past twelve months, for a total investment of $286,126 at an average of $10.33 per share.
And also on Wednesday, Director Marcus Boehm purchased $14,624 worth of Vyant Bio, purchasing 5,000 shares at a cost of $2.92 each.
Before this latest buy, Boehm made one other buy in the past twelve months, purchasing $37,224 shares for a cost of $3.72 a piece.
Vyant Bio is trading up about 0.7% on the day Thursday.
Boehm was up about 6.4% on the purchase at the high point of today's trading session, with VYNT trading as high as $3.11 at last check today.
