PM: Education investment is ‘magic potion’ for humanity

Boris Johnson has hailed the "magic potion" effect of education investment as he closed the Global Education Summit in London today.

Addressing leaders from across Africa, the Prime Minister said: "This is the silver bullet; this is the magic potion; this is the panacea; this is the universal cure; this is the Swiss Army knife … that can solve virtually every problem that afflicts humanity".
