Britney Spears Attorney Seeks To Oust Singer's Father As Conservator

Another hearing was held Monday in the Britney Spears conservatorship case, in which a judge said she will rule in late September on a petition filed Monday by Spears' new attorney seeking to remove her father as the conservator of her estate.
