Lawsuit claims Idaho Springs officers staged an attack after Taser incident

The attorney for Michael Clark claims in a newly-filed lawsuit that officers dragged Clark's body into the hall and placed a sword near him to make it appear he exited his apartment and attacked officers before he was shot with a Taser.
