Colorado woman accused of showing up to homes hysterical and in tears, then swiping keys and stealing cars
Alexis Simmons said she welcomed the woman, believed to be a teenager or in her early 20s, into her home when she showed up.
When Simmons went to another room to get a phone charger, the woman grabbed a car key and ran.
