Effort To House Venice Homeless To Start Monday Despite Delayed Funding Vote

The Los Angeles City Council Wednesday delayed a vote on funding Councilman Mike Bonin's initiative to offer all people living in encampments along Ocean Front Walk in Venice a pathway to permanent housing, but it won't delay the program's start on Monday.
