Sculptor Dana King's 'Monumental Reckoning' Reframes Public Art in Golden Gate Park

Last year, protesters toppled a monument to Francis Scott Key in Golden Gate Park.

Key, who wrote The Star-Spangled Banner, also owned slaves.

The city has now launched a review of its public art collection.
