A tool kit designed by Hollaback will also show customers how they can help, including ways to create a distraction for the abuser... ...as well as documenting the situation and bringing in someone else to help the target of the abuse.

According to ABC, as the spread of COVID-19 slows, retailers are concerned that abusive behavior will worsen as stores enter the back-to-school and holiday seasons.
