Survivor: San Jose shooter was 'outsider' in workplace

First, Kirk Bertolet heard the gunshots.

Then came the screams. And then there was silence.

In an interview with The Associated Press, Bertolet described the scene unfold as a gunman opened fire killing 9 people at a San Jose, Calif.
