The CCTV clip, filmed in the city of Dongguan in Guangdong Province on May 25, shows a truck knocking over a scooter rider and driving over the vehicle.

The scooter rider was seen rolling out of the bottom of the truck and narrowly avoided being run over by the vehicle.

The man suffered fractures to several parts of his body but he was not in life-threatening condition.

The truck driver reportedly did not let the scooter go first and the case is under further investigation.
