Health Secretary Matt Hancock speaks at the launch of the Pfizer Centre of Excellence for Epidemiology of Vaccine-preventable Diseases at the University of Bristol.Mr Hancock said the pharmaceutical company's decision to locate its second vaccine research centre in the UK was a "real vote of confidence” in the country.
