A plea of a 9-year-old child for her dead mother's phone has gone viral on the internet and set the karnataka police on a hunt for the device.

Phones, that have become so closely intertwined with our lives, carry many memories, and when you lose the device, it's not like losing any other object, it is losing all the memories in the form of photos and messages stored on the device.
