Black homeowner's appraisal doubled after White friend stood in for her

An Indianapolis woman claims the appraisal of her home was cut by more than half because of her race.

After low offers on two separate appraisals, Carlette Duffy, a Black woman, had her White male friend stand in during a third appraisal which garnered more than doubled the price she had been presented.
