Cell Phone Video Captures Hero Save 8-Year-Old During Shooting

A woman who lives across the street from where the shooting took place in North Stockton says after Ofc.

Inn was shot she came over to render aid.

Kaycie McClure said she was with Inn just moments before officers arrived.
