Gold recovered from vacuum cleaner at Chennai airport
Chennai Air Customs on May 08 recovered 251 grams of gold worth Rs 12.21 lakh from a passenger who reached airport from Dubai.
The gold was found inside the cordless vacuum cleaner.
The custom official seized the gold under Customs Act, 1962.
Further investigation is on.
