Lucknow Joint Commissioner starts 'Corona Oxygen Bank'
Seeing the hardships faced by people for want of medical oxygen in wake of second wave of COVID-19, Lucknow Joint Commissioner (law and order) Piyush Mordia has started a 'Corona Oxygen Bank' to help needy patients.
"We have formed a pool of oxygen cylinders.
People can fill cylinders, use it and then return it later so that it can be used by other needy patients too," Mordia explained.
"To ensure that people get oxygen, we formed pool of oxygen cylinders.
Many orgs are helping us, some pharma companies are helping too by providing oxygen cylinders, we rotate those cylinders among people.
I appeal to people to pass on their spare cylinders," Mordia further said.
