The BJP has urged TMC chief Mamata Banerjee to control her party cadre and stop the violence against BJP workers in the state.
This comes after some reports of vandalism of BJP offices and attacks on party workers in some parts of the state.
BJP leader Kailash Vijayvargiya congratulated Mamata Banerjee for her party’s big win in the assembly elections and said that the BJP will play the role of a healthy opposition party in the state.
Mamata Banerjee led TMC scripted a big victory in the assembly election.
BP, which had claimed it would win over 200 seats, did not even manage to touch the 100 mark.
