Targeting Centre for the current COVID situation, Mumbai Guardian Minister Aslam Shaikh said if the Modi government had accelerated the vaccination drive by not exporting vaccines so much, states would not have to be dependent on each other for crucial medical supplies amid the devastating 2nd wave of the pandemic.
