Colorado Democrats to introduce re-written 'public option' health insurance bill Tuesday

Democrats will on Tuesday offer an amendment that re-writes the statewide public health insurance option so that it no longer includes a state-run option, but instead would force insurers to offer the standardized plan developed by the state and to cut their insurance costs.
