Assam govt converts Guwahati's Sarusajai Stadium into COVID isolation facility

Assam government converted Guwahati's Indira Gandhi Athletic Stadium also known as Sarusajai Stadium into a COVID-19 isolation facility on April 21.

At least 500 people can be quarantined at the COVID facility centre.

Assam's active case rose to 9,032 on April 21.

Assam government will give free vaccines to everyone from 18-45 years.
