DRDO reopens Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel COVID hospital

Amid massive surge in COVID-19 cases in national capital, Defence Research and Development Organisation spokesperson Narendra Kumar Arya informed that functioning of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel COVID hospital has been resumed, and another 250 beds will be added to the facility by April 22.

Narendra Kumar Arya said, "DRDO has resumed the functioning of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel COVID hospital.

It took 6 days to establish it again.

All the beds have been filled here and 250 beds will be added by April 22.

All these beds are ICU beds with ventilator facility.

The air conditioning in the hospital is according to WHO standard.

This hospital has all the facility which a good hospital has."
