Watch: Alert pointsman saves child who fell onto train track in Maharashtra

An alert railway pointsman saved the life of a child who fell onto a railway track while walking on the platform.

CCTV visuals show the child trip and fall onto the railway track as a train is moving that direction.

An alert pointsman, Mayur Shelkhe, rushes towards the child and pushes him to the platform, saving his life in the process.

The incident happened at platform number two of the Vangani railway station in Maharashtra.
