Madhya Pradesh's Damoh is going to hold assembly by-election on April 17 and political parties are leaving no stones unturned to turn the voters of the district in their favour.
Amid ongoing campaigns, a site left everyone shocked when state's Health Minister Dr. Prabhuram Choudhary was seen addressing empty chairs during 'Mahila Sammelan'.
Few chairs of the front row were filled while rest were empty and minister was busy explaining government's agenda for the upcoming years.
